FAIRFAX COFFEE OFFERINGS
The Fairfax Coffee House offers the finest specialty coffees from the top growing regions worldwide. Each coffee is skillfully roasted in small batches by Java Estate Roastery to ensure peak quality and freshness (our coffee beans are roasted Monday each week.)  We offer:
Fairfax Dark: A lighter version than dark espresso with less oil and increased body. The blend includes Ethiopian Mocha Sidamo (Full City Roast) and Costa Rican Tarrazu SHB (Medium Roast);
Berkeley Blend: A blend of the finest medium roasted Central American coffees. Good body, lively acidity, and all the caffeine. The blend includes Costa Rican Tarrazu SHB; Guatemalan Antiqua SHB; and Mexican Altura SHG.
Decaffeinated: Guatemalan Antigua SHB (Swiss Water flavor protection process 100% chemical free). 
All, of course, are brewed using Berkeley Springs' famous spring water.
BREAKFAST - LUNCH - EVENING LIGHT FARE
We have worked hard to only introduce to our menu absolutely mouth-watering and unique traditional, deli, baked and grilled sandwiches, awesome “meal-sized” salads, great side dishes, a kid’s menu, homemade soups and quiche.  In addition – we offer breakfast all-day, an extensive pastry selection  and a special music night light fare menu of appetizer plates, salads, and sandwiches.
